Hi I’m Molly!
Thanks for visiting my blog! When I first started this blog back in 2018 (formerly known as Doing Vegan Healthy), I focused solely on vegan recipes. While I still plan to continue sharing my recipes, I hope to use this blog as a way to share my other intrests I’ve developed since 2018.
One of the most important aspects to my life is my advocacy towards the environment and lessening my environmental impact on the planet. This has led me to go vegan (not the only reason I’m vegan), try my best to live zero-waste, be conscious of the amount of greenhouse gases my transportation releases, and develop a strong interest in environmental science. Through my travels I have had the opportunity to see how different regions of the world are affected by the changing climate and the scarcity of important resources. Hopefully the content I produce will allow you to think more deeply on how one’s actions can have an affect on the planet and all species living on it.
Other interests of mine that I plan to share are mental health, travel, writing pieces, gardening (and growing plants), and more. I’m excited to have the opportunity to meet like minded individuals, who are also looking to positively contribute to the environment, seek improved mental and physical well-being, and be a part of a community.
